We were recommended to contact Giles by our architect when we were looking for builders for a single-storey extension including knocking through the existing kitchen and dining room . Giles invited us to view a refurbishment and extension he was currently working on and we were impressed with the quality of his work. His quote was less than the other established, larger companies had quoted us. We are so pleased that we went with Giles. He worked hands-on on  the project from start to finish, managed all the other trades and ensured all work was completed to the highest standard. (Plus he’s a really nice bloke.) We love our extension!

I just wanted to share my thoughts on the work that you did for us for our extension/new en-suite Dember 2018 to early Febrary 2019..
 
There was already  a balcony in place on our house and after consulting an architect we decided that this would be the ideal position for the en-suite to be placed.
 
We enquired with a number of local building companies and after meeting you and discussing the project we decided on your company to do the work.

A detailed schedule of work and costs were provided from the outset and this was kept to and if necessary, updated. Any potential changes to work schedules and costs were always well communicated to us beforehand  and all the options were well presented so with your assistance we could make informed decisions.

Using you Giles was the best decision that we made – the quality of work was outstanding – you understood the plans and made useful suggestions when required.
 
In December 2018 when the work was underway there was a major storm overnight which lifted/moved the temporary covering – we spoke to you and you immediately came to our house and rectified the issue without any fuss – we really do appreciate your support when it was required.
 
You kept us up to date with everything as the project progressed and completed all of the work on schedule.
 
You have been very professional throughout the project – communicated well, honest and totally reliable.
 
We are very pleased with the new ensuite and will have no hesitation in recommending you and your team Giles.
